Should we choose Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community suits straightforward operations. Enterprise adds comprehensive accounting, OCR, InvoiceNow and native WhatsApp. We recommend one after understanding your needs.
What is included in a package?
Implementation, data migration, user training and support hours (50 / 75 / 100 by package), as set out in the package scope.
Will you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We migrate master data such as customers, vendors and products, along with opening balances, as agreed in scope.
Will our staff be trained?
Yes. Every user receives department-wise training, online or onsite. Training is part of your package support hours; additional training is S$800 per man-day.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the modules, number of users and data to migrate. We confirm a timeline during scoping.
Can we start with a few modules?
Yes. We can phase applications in over time, and add more as you grow.
Do you support InvoiceNow, GST, WhatsApp and other integrations?
Yes. InvoiceNow, GST reporting and WhatsApp are part of our offering. We also integrate payment gateways, shipping providers, Shopify and Xero.
What happens after go-live?
Each package includes support hours. Further changes or integrations are quoted at S$800 per man-day.
