Odoo Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Location - On site, Ahmedabad Office

Ninaad Global is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation team in Ahmedabad. The role involves understanding and gathering business requirements from clients, analyzing their existing processes, and mapping those requirements with Odoo to design effective ERP solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from clients, mapping business processes with standard Odoo functionalities, identifying gaps, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations. The role also includes workflow setup, user training, testing, data validation, issue resolution, and coordinating with developers to translate functional requirements into scalable Odoo solutions.

The consultant will work closely with clients, functional teams, and developers to understand real-world business processes and ensure that Odoo is configured and customized to meet the client's operational requirements.
