Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator cum Client Follow-up Executive to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves accurate data entry, maintaining client records, managing follow-ups, and assisting in basic business communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsive, and comfortable working with clients as well as internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Record Management
- Accurately enter and update data in systems (CRM/ERP/Excel)
- Maintain organized records of client information, transactions, and communications
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
2. Client Follow-ups & Coordination
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Track pending actions, responses, and maintain follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client queries
3. Lead Support & Communication
- Assist in initial outreach and follow-up of leads generated through LinkedIn and other channels
- Schedule meetings and maintain communication logs
- Support the sales/business development team with basic coordination
4. Social Media Support
- Assist in managing company LinkedIn page and basic engagement activities
- Help in posting updates, responding to messages, and maintaining online presence
5. Administrative & Ad-hoc Support
- Support existing clients with basic operational tasks and data updates
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the management team
- Maintain documentation and reports as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Basic understanding of business communication and client handling
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or social media handling
