Ninaad Global is looking for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant on site at Ahmedabad Office, who has an interest in ERP consulting as well as client engagement and business development activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy understanding business needs, interacting with prospects, and learning end-to-end Odoo implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Participate in initial discovery calls to understand client business pain points
- Assist in qualifying leads and identifying suitability for Odoo ERP solutions
- Coordinate with senior consultants during Odoo demos and proposal discussions
- Update CRM (Odoo) with leads, follow-ups, meeting notes, and pipeline status
- Support preparation of basic proposals, quotations, and scope summaries
Odoo Functional Consulting
- Learn and assist in functional configuration of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Projects
- Support requirement gathering and documentation (BRD / FRD / process flows)
- Help map business requirements to standard Odoo workflows
- Coordinate with the technical team to explain functional requirements
- Assist in functional testing, UAT support, and data validation
- Support end-user training and post-go-live functional support
Required Skills & Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP, Odoo, Business Analysis, or Business Development roles
- Basic understanding of business processes and ERP concepts
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
- Willingness to learn Odoo functional configuration and ERP implementation lifecycle
- Comfortable with client calls, follow-ups, and documentation
Good to Have
- Exposure to Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise)
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM usage
- Background in Commerce, Business Management, IT, or Accounting
- Odoo Functional Certification (optional, not mandatory)
