Role Overview
We are looking for Junior Odoo Developers On-site at Ahmedabad Office who are passionate about ERP systems and eager to build a strong techno-functional career in Odoo. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, guided mentorship, and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Odoo module development and customization
- Work on Python, XML, and PostgreSQL-based development
- Support implementation of Odoo apps such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM
- Help in bug fixing, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with functional consultants and senior developers
- Participate in client discussions and requirement understanding (gradually)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of Odoo framework (Community or Enterprise)
- Familiarity with XML, HTML, CSS
- Basic database concepts (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Willingness to learn ERP business processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Internship or project experience in Odoo
- Exposure to Git/version control
- Understanding of business workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting)
- Candidates who have completed Odoo training or self-learning projects
