Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in the Singapore and APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales of ERP, SaaS, or IT services, with the ability to understand business challenges and position technology solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and target potential clients across industries such as Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, and Services
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Business Owners)
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business processes
• Position Ninaad’s ERP and IT solutions as value-driven business enablers
3. Solution Selling
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to propose tailored solutions
• Present offerings including Odoo implementation, Salesforce solutions, and eCommerce integrations
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
4. Sales Conversion
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
• Provide feedback to management for refining go-to-market strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development / sales (ERP, SaaS, or IT services preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business processes and map them to technology solutions
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset

Preferred Skills
• Experience with ERP solutions such as Odoo or CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Familiarity with industries such as Retail, eCommerce, Manufacturing, or Trading
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling

Language Requirement
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Ability to speak Mandarin / Chinese will be a strong advantage (to engage with Chinese-speaking clients in Singapore and the APAC region)
